I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Registered Yoga Teacher.  I provide individual and relationship counseling and lead workshops and speak at local workshops and conferences.  I have a physical office located in Fayetteville AR and I can also provide some services via phone and video to clients worldwide.  I bring a a holistic approach to the services that I provide, drawing from my education in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.  I have over a decade of experience working as an Employee Assistance Program counselor and consultant at a major managed behavioral health and wellness company,  providing brief counseling and trainings to employees and executives of major corporations.  I also have a wide range of professional experience spanning over 20 years, including counseling in an outpatient clinic setting, answering calls and supervising staff at a 24 hour mental health intake hotline, providing in-home counseling with a foster family agency and serving clients and managing staff in residential group homes.  I started Holos Counseling and Consulting in 2014 to fulfill my dream of working with clients in private practice and really doing what I love to do.   I engage in my own personal therapy, professional consultation, growth work and spiritual practice.  I am passionate about helping people make sense of their lives and live their lives to the fullest. I am constantly striving to learn and grow and live the best life that I can and I would love to help you do the same.
